I've been investing $200 monthly RSP with DBS for STI-ETF since Nov 2018, a total of $4400. But my account now only has $3750. Should i continue the RSP or put my $200/mth elsewhere?

I'm starting out my investments and currently planning my portfolio and exploring the following: 1) Fixed Deposits 2) Stock index ETFs & REIT ETFs via RSP. Is this advisable?

Is it advisable to continue buying SIA shares through OCBC blue chip investment plan, given the current situation?

Is it advisable to use FSM RSP to invest in global ETF or using FSM or SAXO to purchase the ETF directly?

Only ~870 of my 900 RSP got invested on Phillips Poem (2 counters). Charges should only be 6 so where did the rest go? Is it rolled over to next month because partial shares were purchased?
