Only ~870 of my 900 RSP got invested on Phillips Poem (2 counters). Charges should only be 6 so where did the rest go? Is it rolled over to next month because partial shares were purchased?

Are partial shares bought on Phillips poem RSP? Not full amount invested and partial shares purchased so why not full amount used??

Does Phillips Poem offer fractional shares when investing in their RSP? If not you may want to consider FSMOne's ETF RSP if the ETF you are investing is available on their list.

Planning to invest $200 monthly using POEMS ($6 sale charge). Do you think this is worth it or I should wait until I can invest a larger amount monthly etc $400 a month since it’s the same $6 charge?
