It would be Endowus for me, for the main reasons that they allow CPF investing into many underlying funds including S&P500, as well as their low fees.
Moreover, they are really active here on Seedly too. So if you have any questions prior to signing up with them, you may tag them here as a topic.

Endowus. Simply because only they allow cpf investing. And are low cost, not using backtested returns.
