If I were to invest in REITS, is it a better choice to do it with a regular Savings Plan with POSB?

I am unsure which is better- to do a RSP or a lump sum investment for REITs

POSB does not have regular savings plan for REITs.

POSB Invest saver only has STI ETF and ABF SG bond ETF.
