SRS Investment Avenues: Looking to invest SRS funds into S Reits. 1. Can we use Regular Saving Plans offered by many brokers. 2. Is there any cost saving on using RSP instead lumpsum.

Have Spoken with DBS, FSM and Poems- RSP can't be done with SRS funds. Only cash is to be used for RSP.

You can only use local broker to invest SRS, eg poem, FSMone, endowus...
Oversea broker like ibrk, moomoo, tiger... cannot.

Comparison of RSP plan, there will still be a small fee. I dont think there is any significant saving. (Never do any detail comparison)

Should not invest SRS in reit, because (1) dividend stuck in SRS account, got passive income like no passive income. (2) u have to withdraw all in 10 years once u start withdrawing, meaning u have to sell everything= no more dividend.

May consider S27 s&p or lion global infinity fund. Go for capital appreciation.
Or simply SSb,Tbill, SGS if you are risk averse.

For Regular Savings Plan (RSP) strategy, I feel it's useful to use it as a way to average down while the current price is lower than your average price, instead of continue buying while the price keeps going up. Am I right?

Started investing with 1) Cash: SWRD, 2) CPF-OA thru Endowus: Lion Global Infinity US 500 Stock Index Fund only, 3) SRS thru Endowus: Dimensional Global Core Equity Fund only. Does it look ok?

I manage to save up $25k and will be taking my degree, should i: 1. use it to pay tuition fees? 2. take up student loan (with interest that adds up) and invest this money instead (like REITs/ETFs etc)?
