If I have 1,500 SIA share which i bought at $9.16/share, should I consider to subscribe to the rights or MCRB?

I'm a bit confused here. Please advise!

Had subscibe to the rights only for my 600 SIA shares.. to be i average down from my entry at $8.++ . i believe in long term flying. anyway for short term will not even look at it.

For SIA Rights Issue, if I just (13/4/2020) bought 600 of their shares on SCB, will I be entitled to their Rights Issue? Considering that I'm using a custodian account. And when is the Rights Issue?

SIA - I bought 500 shares at $8 and left it untouched since it was dropping continuously. Is it advisable to take up the ex-right shares since the stock price is so low now?

I bought SEMBCORP MARINE shares (custodian) at total of 3000 shares @ Average Price of $1.16/share in early 2020. Thereafter, there was a Rights Issue in Sep 2020 which I missed out subscribing on.

For SIA Rights Issue, such as the 'Rights Shares'. I've bought some SIA shares on 21/4/20 using FSMOne without a CDP account. Will I be able to purchase the new Rights Shares if i want to?

Ascendas Reit is doing a rights issue. It is going to be 1 for 1 at $3.01. If I hold 11,000 shares at an average cost of $3.1354 per share, is it worth subscribing 11,000 shares to average down?
