I read that BOC Elite Miles World Mastercard has included GrabPay transactions in their exclusion categories. So what are some of the other cards that do take into account for GrabPay transactions?

I can confirm that Visa cards still qualify for rewards/miles when you top up Grabpay. Fortunately in this category are mass market cards like Citi PM and DBS Altitude. Tried and tested with my own Citi PM card.

Visa cards.

take note that BOC doesnt waive annual fee for elite miles, mine was due and i called to request for waiver, the CSO says they dont waive for this card

Most Visa accounts take into account Grabpay transactions for miles as of now. In addition, some cards still give bonus miles for topping up into Grab such as Maybank Horizon card

You can use a VISA general spend card or an AMEX issued card for now. AMEX will stop awarding miles/ MR points from 1 March for GrabPay top ups.
