I am thinking of investing using CPF OA with about 20k - 40k. Any advice on what I should invest in or what my portfolio should consist of?

I am 29 this year. I am getting a resale house in 6 months' time. I am thinking of investing using CPF O.A. between 20k - 40k.

I intend to invest my cpf o.a before it gets wiped out for home purchase.

This way the money can still grow.

I have a cdp,cpfis & poems account, but not really sure whats that.

Would like to know whats good to buy using cpf o.a: etf , reits, marine, telecomm , gold etc?

Would love to hear recommendations and maybe the size of each transaction?

Also, I have abt 10k spare on top of my rainy days savings, is there any short term investment that have good interest rate?

I would actually like to ask some question further before advising you on the further steps. Understanding your financials would be one way to scope out what is your risk appetite to further advise your portfolio to consist of. Based on what you say above, it's quite hard to scope.
