I am a 25yo male working as an IB at JPM with salary $9.2k. My girlfriend (24) is also working and our monthly income ~$15k exceeds the BTO income ceiling. Any advice for EC/Condo and CPF/bank loans?

Planning to propose to gf end of year and we're currently engaged.Am looking into EC and will like some help regarding location, price per psf, and more on what to look out for. Condo 3bdr is still within comfortable range with our savings($580k)+120k cpf. In my opinion aft 5 years, EC become private can also rent/sell to foreigners, feel profit-wise doesnt lose out much to condo. What about cpf or bank loan? GF cpf has more than me (6:4) as she has been working longer.
