Is the income ceiling for BTO the total of both spouses salary every month, or is it inclusive of bonuses etc?

Hi everyone, Im 31F. Was thinking to apply for a BTO in 2 years time but noted that the income ceiling is $14K.

If I'm not wrong, it is the total last 12 months of income of both spouce divided by 12.

So if you receive AWS or any variable bonus, it will affect your monthly income.

I am a 25yo male working as an IB at JPM with salary $9.2k. My girlfriend (24) is also working and our monthly income ~$15k exceeds the BTO income ceiling. Any advice for EC/Condo and CPF/bank loans?

For BTO Income Ceiling Eligibility (< $14,000) and EHG Housing Grant (< $9,000), are bonuses (13th month and performance) assessed as part of income?

The combined income of my partner and me is above the BTO income ceiling. If I am unemployed for a few months, how will it affect "average gross monthly income" calculation? Can we qualify for BTO?

I’ve heard of the 50/30/20 rule for monthly salary allocation. Is there a similar rule for net assets? As in, how much of my total net worth should be in investment, insurance, cash and etc?

Statistics show that the typical Singaporean makes around $4,563 a month (median income as of November 2019). Does this include bonuses? Or just the basic salary?
