How does one budget for a child when considering your other investments/expenses?

Accountant at SME

Not sure if mine is consider budget or not.. This is what I do - set aside all these money each month for them

1) CDA Account

2) One bank account with OCBC (+100 monthly and all their angbao money)

3) One bank account with POSB (+100 monthly)

4) Education Plan

5) Insurance Plan (Health, Accident, Life)

6) Diaper/Milk Powder

7) Preschool / Playground / K1 / K2 funds

I take many reference point from online like dollar and sense, Seedly and work out my own budget for my baby, the number come out to be ard $1.2k/mth after all the subsidy. I will set aside this amount as expenses before the rest go to investment. And part of my investment oso meant for her tertiary education fees.
