I'm 21 this year and just like you, I studied investing and dived into it when I was 19 years old. The first step is to invest in your own knowledge and financial literacy. I became passionate about investing during my JC days (17/18 years old) but could not open a brokerage account back then. The key is to build up enough knowledge and emotional discipline so that you don't let emotions to affect your investment goals. I made a mistake here and there when I first started out but it's better to make a mistake now than to make a huge mistake of making a speculative bet on certain potential tenbagger stocks. The investing experience so far has made me much more confident than when I first started out so I guess it'll be great if you join forums such as InvestingNote and really build up your investing knowledge. Know your circle of competence and always have stick to your goals. Good luck!
