Hi! I am 25 turning 26 this year. Does anyone know if i can open the SCB jumpstart account first and not put any monies inside, just to capitalise on the age limitation?

Besides, there's no minimum balance, deposit or other fees. Just ensure to there's some form of transactional activity since most banks will automatically close your account if it's inactive for 6 months.
