Has anyone tried transferring securities from CDP to FSM to take advantage of the $10 selling comms? How does this work and are there any hidden costs?

Is this a viable idea? What are some factors that I should be aware of before doing this? Any hidden costs that I should be aware of?

Hey Benedict! You actually don't have to transfer securities from CDP to FSM. In fact, FSM offers $10 flat fee to selling your CDP-linked stocks! So basically, what you need to do is just to link your CDP account to FSM and you're good to go! No transferring whatsoever. Just make sure you only sell the stocks that you have!
