Endowus - commodities or real estate in portfolio?

For commodities, we are of the view that it is more used as a short term exposure for its low/negative correlation to traditional asset classes.

The long term returns for a passive buy and hold strategy for commodities is low. As an advisory platform that encourages long term passive allocation, we do not prioritise commodities exposure.

For real estate we do have exposure through real estate companies that form part of the funds that we own. Hope this answers your question!
