Earning some money via surveys?

Hi, I'm looking for some small gigs (platforms) to earn side allowance for long term & landed on some work from home jobs as a survey taker (MOBROG, Rakuten Insight Surveys, etc). Honestly, does this survey actually pay money, monetary rewards for completing surveys, focus group, etc) E.g Rakuten Insight Survey reward via E-points which can be converted via Paypal (cash conversion) or Grab vouchers. MOBROG reward via cash.

Hi Alcander!

I personally use Milieu, YouGov and Happydot! All of them do cash out and are legitimate, so you might want to give them a try.

Oh! For Happydot I prefer to navigate using the desktop, so I can check my point history and things to redeem from there :) To see how many points is needed for the rewards, just go to the 'Redemption Cart' at the dropdown under your name at the top right hand corner!

Hi Xue Miao, thanks for your answer, about roughly how much can you earn per survey/ monthly? How easy is it to earn the rewards points, any requirements, etc for the surveys?
Thank You!

On top of those that you mentioned, I use both Milieu and ApiaryBuzz. They both provide cash out via PayNow. I have cashed out on both platform once.

Hi Javyn, thanks for the reply. I see. I'm seeing if I can earn a little side cash, like how I'm earning ~$9/ quarterly from my shares under my mom's name. Just looking for all the alternates I can see/learn to earn some money, so that I won't be struck at home doing nothing/ not earning some allowances to sustain myself. Thanks for the help. Appreciate it. 😄😄

I just started on ApiaryBuzz, it's about 20points per survey, 2000 to redeem $20. There are plenty of surveys, at least as I've just started, currently at 785 points.
Thank You!

Im not too sure about the legitimacy of the other platformts you mentioned but for Rakuten Insights, they do offer monetary rewards. Other than monetary rewards, they also give you the option to redeem DairyFarm vouchers or Grab vouchers.

There's a PayPal option now with 0.40$ bonus. But anyway, rakuten insights don't have a mobile app and I think some can be quite draining to do - esp those rows with multiple items/columns to rate, though these surveys are mostly from external sources. Points awarded depends on length of survey. Generally, if u didn't make past the criteria, they will award you one e point. Some have lengthier criteria, and certainly make you feel that it isn't worth that 1 point. Personally I prefer yougov. Although the frequency of surveys have slow down to about one every 2 weeks, it is not restricted by criteria - if you qualify for the survey, and you do it, you're pretty much guaranteed to get the point stated. They also have a mobile app and the format is quite user friendly and not mentally draining to do.

For rakuten insights, the survey/earn rate is roughly 150 points = $10/mth. You can accumulate points for a slightly higher payout e.g. 1500 points = $105? (Forgot). Rakuten surveys can ve very long and they sometimes screen you out e.g. award 1 point. Can cash out. Happydot is less frequent, maybe $10 every 2-3 mths but the point accumulation is faster, wont screen you out but they run out of slots faster. Cannot cash out, exchage for online or offline vouchers like Uniqgift online or diary farm offline Yougov offers $25 roughly every 6 mths. Can cash out Tried milleu for awhile, seems to be the most onerous in terms of earn rate so i gave up
Thank You!
