Can you take up a HDB loan and then refinance it after 6 months using a bank housing loan?

How do you take up a HDB loan and then refinance it after 6 months using a bank housing loan? Can this be done? What are some challenges in getting such an arrangement?

Go to a bank and apply for it. They will help settle the legal, and other stuff. These will involve some fees.

Challenge is eligibility. If your loan too small, the bank won't want to refinance for you.
