Revolut hasn't mentioned anything publically as far as I am aware.

Do note, in terms of the free trading, it is due to a peculiarity of the US market microstructure why that is possible. It is unclear if it could be easily replicated elsewhere.
As a result, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the next market (and even if it were to come, it would look quite different to the US offering)
