Been looking around for crowdfunding or co-investment real estate platforms in Singapore for me to start investing. Are there any notable recommendations out there?

I know overseas there are companies such as Cadre, RealtyMogul, FundRise, etc. But I want to find out if there are any local companies in SG that is recommended? So far from a quick search I found some names like Fraxtor and RealVantage.
