my broadband service is down since 13 April, made 5 calls already, each call need to wait 50mins to get answer. CS told me will call me back to update within 24 hours everytime but none call back was ever made. Want to terminate service but was force to pay penalty hence unable to. Please call me back and update .

I am using TD Ameritrade for trading on option & would like to know how do I know whether is my trade making profit or loss. Eg P/L open with ($1000) does it mean that I’m making unrealised loss now?

For CI insurance (without ECI), would the insurer give the payout if I've a CI (intermediate/late stage) but not seek treatment (like chemo)? I plan to use the payout for medicine (like morphine). Any advice?
