I just recently changed SGD to HKD before transferring to Tiger Brokerage. You just have to ensure that your names on both platforms are reflected correctly and include the required details in your transaction.

You can't. Due to anti money laundering regulations, many brokers such as Tiger only accept deposits made from accounts in your own name only.

Revolut will count as a third-party transfer and any deposits made using it will be rejected.
