I would. If I could.

Singapore only have a limited number of such properties (About 600).

If I am ultra rich, this can be a long term investment or an heirloom.

2nd Property for investment returns, is it still worth it given the ABSD is 12%. Your property needs to grow 12% just to match this initial "loss". Go for it or just buy stocks/ REITS?

Background: 54 years old, still working, slightly over 1mil in combined savings. Owns HDB 4 room, looking to buy 2nd property for investment (or own stay in the future)?
