Would my top-ups for Grab be earning 1.1 miles using Amex KrisFlyer if it exceeds the 200/month?
Or it won't earn miles at all?

AMEX KF will be joining like most other cards soon after Feb 2020 you won't be able to earn any miles from topping up your Grab
