Now that Amex top ups to grab have been nerfed, what are some good ways to pay for insurance premiums (~$2000) to earn CC rewards? Don't mind either cashback or miles

UOB Absolute Amex still gives 1.7% for insurance however not alot of insurer have Amex payment mode?
