Hi! Can I still use AMEX TCB to top up grabpay today, to pay IRAS tax via axs? (And earn 1.5% cashback) or completely nerfed? Thanks

Grabpay totall got nerfed and you can read milelions's grabpay obituary.

You can still use Grab to top up Nets Flashpay card (NFC) at General Ticketing Machines at train station (max $100 per day), use NFC to pay IRAS via AXS.

Not worth the trouble given there's just a few days left.
