Can i still earn 1.5% cashback now, if i top up grabpay using amex true cashback, and pay IRAS income tax? (Up to $30k max limit right?) Thanks!

Where do you intend to use grabpay to pay iras for tax if I'm not wrong AXS was excluded from using grabpay?
