You have just received a $10,000 gift. Do you pay off (parts of) your debts (e.g. home loans) or invest the money?

How does the OCBC blue-chip investment plan work? What if I invest $1000 in 2 counters I choose from the beginning and stop putting money in? Or is it a must to put in money every month?

Can review my portfolio? 1) IWDA: $10,000 (invested beginning of this year,2020) DCA monthly: $1,500 2) STI ETF: $18,000 ( invested since 2018, having a loss) 3) Unit Trust: $10,000, (value: $11,000). Any suggestions?
