Will it be cheaper sell my portfolio in Tiger Brokers and buy again in TD or to transfer everything to TD?

Currently have my portfolio in Tiger Brokers (only 2 months). I’m wondering will it be cheaper to transfer everything to TD or to sell everything and buy again in TD?

Tiger Brokers charges based on number of counters (at USD 100 per counter iirc). Since buying is free on TD and selling is pretty cheap on Tiger, you'll probably be better off selling and rebuying.

Even better if your portfolio is small and you have enough cash on hand to buy in TD and sell in Tiger at the same time to reduce risk from the market volatility. This is how I transferred my positions from SC to IBKR haha.
