Why the decision to join CompareAsiaGroup? Able to share what other companies were in the lineup that wanted to acquire Seedly?

Hi there! This is a pretty interesting question :)

Unfortunately, we are unable to disclose the deal details and the various parties we were speaking with, due to the various legal intricacies on all parties.

However, what we can share that we were really grateful to have multiple offers and choices to consider from.

And what this means is that it is really testiment to the hard work and the amazing things our team has been doing which has been impacting the many lives who visit our platform!

We are grateful now to be able to contribute value to our new family with CompareAsiaGroup.

Why do companies want to ipo? isnt it bad if they share their company with outside people and shouldnt they just keep the company to themselves?

For SIA Rights Issue, such as the 'Rights Shares'. I've bought some SIA shares on 21/4/20 using FSMOne without a CDP account. Will I be able to purchase the new Rights Shares if i want to?
