Why more Singaporeans are making a mid-career switch to a new job?

Age 20, 30, 40, 50.... which age group we should consider switch? or just stay?

Hey Anon! I think a lot of people are switching career now because the government is encouraging it. There are various courses to learn new skills and support to enter new company. Sometimes people just want to take a leap of faifth to start afresh.
