Anybody signed on with the army and is still serving? If you did a mid-career switch, what influenced your decision? Also would be great to hear from a female signing on as well!

Not a sign on and never will be. Because feel so isolated from society.

But if u have a good degree and is a officer, the money is attractive. Army is quite standard if you never make any major mistake, every few years you will get a promotion , until certain rank you will feel the resistant.
