Hi Jenny,
The Seedly Content team wrote an article regarding the various insurance policies that cover COIVD-19, and it'll continuously be updated when new policies are offered! You can check it out here.
TL;DR- If you're looking to buy travel insurance now, there are no policies that would give you comprehensive coverage if you contract COVID-19 (this is to the best of my knowledge, Community members please correct me if I'm wrong!!)
Most Insurance companies will not accept claims regarding COVID-19 after 23 Jan 2020, as the Ministry of Health (MOH) issued a travel advisory on 22 Jan 2020 for Singaporeans to defer all travel to Hubei, China, and all non-essential travel to mainland China. Hence, you’d most probably be rejected because the insurance companies consider COVID-2019-related risks as ‘known risks’.
You can also check and compare the various travel insurance plans here!
The only insurance policies that may cover you if you contract Covid-19 would be Health and Life insurance policies, but this is up to the discretion of the various Insurance companies.
Hope this helps!

I noted the article shared by Brandon mentioned that the 'rest of world' coverage for AIA is TBA. I did a quick check on AIA travel insurance and noted the following travel alert
Please note that our travel insurance – AIA Around The World Plus - does not cover any claims arising from COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) outbreak if the policy is purchased on or after:
22 January 2020 for travel to Wuhan;
27 January 2020 for travel to any part of Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan);
23 February 2020 for travel to Daegu or Cheongdo of South Korea
For policies purchased prior to the above-mentioned dates for the respective travel destinations showcased, claims will be assessed according to the policy terms and conditions.
As the situations develop, coverage to other travel destinations are subject to change.
It looks like it still cover "rest of the world" as long as the countries are not listed on the website. They added Daegu or Cheongdo of South Korea just recently, so it could implied that they are updating this list based on travel advisory rather than to simply say they do not cover it worldwide. You might want to call them up to confirm.
