Which telco(s) offers the cheapest and best plan for incoming and outgoing calls to Singapore while overseas?

I suggest getting an e-sim and you can make calls via the internet using like whatsapp, telegram, facetime etc. If you want a network provider, you can consider Eight, they are relatively new in SG, and I am unsure of their coverage but their prices seem pretty good for new sign ups.
