Which is better? avg paying job, nice co-workers OR high paying job, more established company (MNC), bitchy colleagues?

Whichever gives you a better state of mental wellness and least anxiety would be the one I would choose

Depends on you. If you think you are a nice person to work with, I'm sure other nice workers will enjoy working with you. If you are bitchy, then I'm sure you will thrive with fellow bitchy colleagues. 😅

To each of their own, I'll take the avg paying job as the best option for people is really priceless.

If you dont intend to stay long in the high pay but toxic environment, going for highpay job, earn as much as you can then find something else to do. Beware that this option might take a toll on your mental health and personality, you may become a toxic person too when working in this environment.

If you value harmony and not someone good in handling difficult people, I would say go for the avg pay with nice colleagues.
