Hi I think it depends on several factors. Your current age, any additional riders (CI/ECI)?

You can try searching on https://www.comparefirst.sg/wap/homeEvent.action for a rough comparison. Then perhaps approach a few FA to discuss about it. Not all insurers are listed on Compare first.
