Which HDB BTO Launch in May 2021 are you planning to get?

Planning to apply for this round's BTO launch! The choices this round are: Bukit Merah, Geylang, Tengah and Woodlands. Just curious to see what everyone chooses!

I'll start first! I'm applying for: Woodlands
Reason: currently living in that area with my parents

Depend if you are for own stay or to sell off after MOP. Own stay as long convenient for individual is 👍. Anyway BTO will definately appreciate after 5years.

If not in a rush, I would always bid for the one w the most "profitable" location. BTO is like a lottery to be honest.
