Which DCA Reits Investing method

If I want to invest in REITS using a DCA method, say $600 cash monthly, what would be the best way to go about it?

Considering using:

  • Syfe REIT +
  • DBS regular invest into NikkoAM-StraitsTrading Asia Ex Japan REIT ETF
  • OCBC regular invest into Lion-Phillip S-REIT ETF
  • FSMone regular invest into NikkoAM-StraitsTrading Asia ex Japan REIT ETF.

How would you choose which method and why?

Reason for DCA is that I am building a habit to invest regularly from my monthly salary as well as building up my portfolio. I have no plans to withdraw the investment in mind, as I have my emergency fund built up and have no impending debts on the horizon.

I will split up the 600 into 2 sets of 300 and put into DBS Nikko AM REIT and Syfe REIT +.

Syfe REIT + : Low fees, convenient, user-friendly, can auto debit from your account monthly so you don’t even have to do it yourself monthly

Currently, I use DBS Nikko AM REITs. Tbh, I didn't compare the mgt fee with Syfe though. I only DCA a small amount just to keep my investment category active for higher % on my Multiplier accoun.

Lion Philip one seems nice, highest factual Singapore exposure of the 3 S-REIT ETFs...
