I'm currently using UOB PRIVI Miles Visa for my daily commute.

Besides the 1.4 miles per S$1 spend, they are doing a promotion where you will also get 25% rebate with minimum $40 spent on transit!

Super awesome to be able to tap using your iPhone/Apple Watch

Depends on whether you are miles chaser or team cashback.

As a miles chaser, I use my BOC Elite Miles World Mastercard for 1.5mpd. No minimum spend and it is the least complicated to think about.
