Which car insurance company provide NCD for drivers with overseas no-claim history?

I recently moved from the US to Singapore and bought a car. The car dealer had insurance contacts and gave me a few quotes. None of them considered my 8 years of no-claim history (my US insurance company provided a report) to give me any NCD. I'm wondering if that's the usual practice here in Singapore and which car insurance company might offer NCD based on overseas no-claim history.
