TD is cheaper at USD 0.65 per contract vs IBKR min USD 1 per order. TD also has free live options pricing if I'm not wrong, as long as your account has at least USD 500 in it, whereas IBKR requires USD1.5 per month to have live options pricing (though it is waived with USD 20 comms incurred within the month).
That being said, if you don't have either now, IBKR has much faster account approval (1 day) vs TD (3 months and counting). So if you want your account fast, you might want to take IBKR. This is also the reason I ended up on IBKR hahah.
