Not kidding, since there's noinfo on what you're selling or how well it's selling, if you can scale sufficiently through e-commerce, you'd only bother with a retail outlet if you are really big (100k a month in sales (?)), but by then, don't think youd be asking for advice on Seedly, tbh.

What kind of start-up are u looking at? best if the location is accessible and convenient for your target customers

For me if it's something like shoes / fashion whereby people want to try it out, then it makes sense to open retail outlet.
