Where can I top up my spouse CPF with cash? Is there any specific timing of when I should top up to enjoy the tax relief too?

Hi, if I am not wrong, I have read that the amount is 7k for spouse that is eligible for tax relief? Thanks.

You can top up to your spouse's SA for under 55 (or RA for above 55) up to prevailing FRS ($186k this year) any time in the year. You will enjoy up to $7k tax relief if you do cash top up and your spouse's annual income doesn't exceed $4k in the preceding year (see attached image):
