When I attempt to make a Buy Order for S&P500 ETF on Tiger Brokers, it always says "This order will generate a loan of X,XXXUSD, daily interest not exceeding 0.018%..." Why?

I have sufficient funds in my account so I'm not sure why there will be a "Loan" generated.

I have converted $800 sgd to usd. B

However when I tried to purchase a stock worth $200usd, it still says It will generate a loan of $200usd.

Yes i am currently facing the same issue.

i have sufficient USD in my account but it keeps saying it will generate a loan
