When do I have to show marriage cert for resale when taking grants

My fiancee and I are planning to ROM in Dec but we have already found a resale that we like. If all goes well, we can sign over the house in Jun and get the keys afew weeks later (max of 1 month extension).

Since we are taking grant, can we show hdb our booking that we are planning ROM in Dec?

Hi! I assume both of you are not 35 years old yet - in that case HDB's website state that you need to ROM within 3 months after the resale completion date. For any other exceptions, you might need to write in to HDB to seek approval.
