Recently in June, I signed a few plans (CI, term, endowment) with my agent after assessing my needs but felt like canceling one of my plans. My agent actually told me that it would affect her performance for the year. As much as I know she earns from selling policies but I felt uncomfortable since then and do not feel like talking to her anymore as I am not sure if she even truly cares about my life.
What could I do? I can't change insurer as my health insurance is with the company :(

It's your money first and foremost. You need to be selfish for that reason. So do what gives you the best outcome.
For the other inforce policies, you can always try and find another advisor that distributes that company to take over servicing. They won't earn any commissions but there are genuinely nice guys out there that would be willing to help.

This is your hard earned money that we're talking about, and it should be put to use in the best way possible. Perhaps you might have thought at the point of purchase that the plan was suitable, but no longer now.
I will be frank about this: How does her performance for the year relate to the suitability of the policy for you? Keeping an unsuitable policy is going to be a drain on your cashflow. I've had clients cancel policies due to reasons like going back to their home country. If the reason is valid, your agent should understand the circumstances. And if she was truly able to make a living from selling policies, one cancelled policy should not have an impact on her 'performance' for the year (I have no idea what metrics she is measured by, so can only guess it's probably something to do with premium or commission).
Depending on the insurer, you can probably find someone out there who will help you to service the policy. If it is a company that is also distributed through an IFA channel, it's not too hard to find someone. If it's Prudential or GE you probably have to find another Prudential or GE agent that you can trust.
