What portable device to get for note-taking (for work) and use of Google suite?

I want to get iPad air mainly for note taking and use of google suite for work. What other device are there in the market?

I wanted to buy it for various purposes and Google Suite but the stock is very limited in SG. Budget and functional.

I use an iPad mini for note taking on goodnotes app. I also utilise Google, Microsoft and Apple workspace for my full time and freelancing roles - I like that its not too bulky and pretty convenient when you don't want to go around carrying a 13" laptop.
