What other cards can hold their own against the UOB PRVI Miles Card when it comes to overseas spend?

I know that the UOB PRVI Miles Card has a 4.4 mpd for overseas spending, firstly what qualifies for overseas spend, and are there any other cards that can hold their own in this area?

Hi, do note that you no longer enjoy 4.4mpd on overseas spend with the UOB Prvi Miles card. Thus, till the end of this month, you can use OCBC 90N for unlimited 4mpd on overseas spend or UOB Visa Signature for 4mpd for up to $2000 of overseas spend after this month.

I like to use uob visa sign, just ensure u meet the min 1k spend

of cos now use the ocbc 90N card before promo ends
