Thank you for engaging us in our investment services. We're sorry the experience has not been up to par with your expectation. Our investment service was designed to be a straight through experience without the need for any human interaction. However should anyone require, they are still able to get in touch with our client advisers and should not be required to wait for long.

We were indeed a little short handed earlier this year but have since bolstered our advisory team and manpower.
