What is the network coverage and transition process of MyRepublic and Giga! Phone plans?

I am currently using Circles.Life base plan $18. As my term is coming up soon, I will be paying $28. Planning to go for cheaper plans, and so far I am eyeing either on MyRepublic Lite plan $10 or the Giga! $9 plan, I don’t suppose either plans has a validity (ie. the price will be valid for xx months) right?

Between the two, how’s the transition process (likely to port my current number to either of these 2 telcos), support and the network coverage?

I'm using GIGA now, very satisfied! Ported over from overpriced Singtel. The porting is easy and automated, took a few hours at midnight so there is no connection during that time. Giga sometimes offer freebies on Fridays when you log in to the app, e.g. free whatsapp 1gb pack etc. Best thing is the free rollover data (haven't seen other telcos offering that)!

Yes no validity, once you sign up you'll enjoy the benefits for life

for transition process, you apply with the new telco, they will deliver over a new sim card and usually over night, they will execute the porting
