What is the future of the retail/e-commerce sector other than the fact that more shops and sellers will be moving from brick-and-mortar stores to online sales too?

The future of retailer / e-commerce sector is going to be more interactive, more innovative and definitely going to be more technology-savvy and integrated. We are going to see technology enabling the retail industry to transform even more. I am especially excited with Internet of Things, 5G, AI, VR, AR, Machine Learning, Voice Commerce, Robotic Based Automation and Autonomous Vehicle revamping the entire Retail industry.

Retail sector is like the wind. it moves and shifts very quickly. For now, we see many online stores opening up and only using physical store as warehouses, marketing or service centres. The retail trend is indeed shifting.
